Liquid Reversal Clues **$TICK & Matrix Qualifying Criteria**

Liquid Reversal clues -
Volume profile bars(Matrix) prints below 600# after printing larger Vol.
** Notice the 47 contract traded on the very LOW after 2235 traded the price before!
$TICK has moved to or below -800
These are good indication that price is subject to reverse. Look for price to hold after this bounce for confirmation to entry.

Price Action & Rejection

Study The Price Action - Particularly on test back to areas of Strength or Weakness, continued rejection(price is marked to an area and quickly bounces up 2 or more ticks) watch the volume to see if it happens on low volume or high, this will determine the likely break down or rally. Often rejection is the price action verson of NoS or NoD
The rejection happens @ 1623-1623.75 area. Notice the NoS bar that prints on the 500 Tick confirming low activity. Price would rally from here up 5+ points from the end of this video.

Never Approach an Entry with Short Term Profits in Mind

NEVER Approach an Entry with a short term profit in mind (ie. "I Just Need 1pt" -  Just this thinking alone will set you up for a loser.

The 1st reason is that when price moves against you, you are more likely to hold waiting for that small uptick that you want.

2nd When price moves in favor by your small amount if you close for a small gain, you have set yourself up for regret and are more likely to come back with another loser.

3rd reason is that once price moves that small amount in favor you will need to be extremely quick to close and hope to get a good fill. if not you try to hold for an even bigger gain further setting you mind up for a losing trade.

And finally if you enter trades with short term targets you are less likely to risk more than the small amount your seeking and will often be stopped out or spooked out of a possibly good trade.

The proper approach: Allow the market to flash "FREE MONEY!! COME AND GET ME!!" without any specific short term target to limit your potential. When price fluctuates in any direction you are more likely to remain focused and be willing to hold or cut out if the signals warrants

Absorption Volume on the close = Premise

Today we saw the result of what appeared to be absorption volume on Fridays close.
Tight Range for more than a day and high volume around New Highs on the 4500, 13,500 tick and 15 Minute.
The Daily showed Hammer bar with Rambo and low volume into NEW HIGHS!
This was indicating the high potential for an early selloff.
